Die World Series 1991 war die 88. Auflage des Finals der Major League Baseball zwischen dem Champion der American League, den Minnesota Twins, und den Atlanta Braves als Meister der National League. Sieger der "Best of Seven"-Serie wurden die Minnesota Twins mit 4:3 Siegen.

Bemerkenswert ist, dass alle sieben Partien von den Heimteams gewonnen wurden. Die World Series wird im ESPN-Ranking zu den Besten aller Zeiten gezählt.<ref>ESPN: WORLD SERIES 100th ANNIVERSARY</ref> Fünf der sieben Spiele wurden mit nur einem Run Differenz beendet, vier der Spiele waren walk-off wins, entschieden sich also erst durch Punktgewinne im letzten At-Bat. Zudem fiel in drei Begegnungen die Entscheidung erst in der Verlängerung.

Mit insgesamt 69 Runs hält die Serie den ewigen Rekord der meisten Runs in einer World Series, die über sieben Spiele ging (1993 wurden in nur sechs Spielen 81 Runs erzielt).

Als MVP der World Series wurde Jack Morris ausgezeichnet.
